5. Withdrawal Policy

A fully verified (KYC) account is required to withdraw funds from ao99. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200, and the maximum daily limit depends on your account level.

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
